While Japan is struggling with the aftermath of the earthquake and tsunami that devastated the country last week, let us remember another tragedy, which also occurred in the country of the Rising Sun - an earthquake in 1923 in the Kanto region around Tokyo, with a shudder of magnitude 7.9.
